I have been pleasantly surprised, has all the course I play and last the entre rounds. A little bigger than the Swami Voice I had. The magnet works great and holds consistently. The only thing I wish it had was a way for me to stop leaving it on the cart :-)
Some of the golf courses I play at are not on my Range finder. And I cannot get it to update at all! When are you going to back up your products and make them work properly? Great screen. would be a wonderful product if it would work everywhere.
When we used it for the first time after charging it to 100%, the charge only lasted 8 holes. I charged it again to 100% and it only lasted for 6 holes. Terrible Purchase!!
Total garbage. Course data for some courses is incorrect due to course modifications done over the past few years. Update doesn't work at all. The progress bar goes across and then a popup comes up asking the user to disconnect the USB and the unit will upgrade in 6-7 minutes. Nothing happens after the disconnect. The unit goes dark and does not display any status after the indicated wait time. Calling support is futile. Nobody ever answers and eventually the call is dropped. How can a company like this stay in business with such poor customer treatment. I would never buy anything else from these guys! Buy something else (but not a Golf Buddy! They have gone completely downhill too!).
Product clearly states yardage to hazards and doglegs is shown; it does not nor do the enclosed instructions provide info on how to display such. The yardages are inaccurate and despite downloading an update the yardage shows a course that was changed 4 years ago (Shawnee Golf and Country Club, Kansas). Purchased through Amazon.

Ready to read. I thought I had ordered the blue one but got black and gray. Black blended in easily with the golf cart colors by it’s easy to leave it in a cart. Other than that I love it!
Bought April 1, 2025 and it hasn’t worked properly yet. It jumps from hole to hole forward and backwards. They tell me to update the unit but their software only works on Windows 11 and is not compatible to Microsoft or to my computer so they told me to do it at work, I’m retired. Then they told me to do it at a friend’s home or send it back to them to fix. Be aware, you get what you pay for.
It works very well by finding the correct course, providing accurate yardage and holding a good charge for several rounds. The magnet is great for a secure attachment to the golf cart. I am very pleased with my new Swami gps.
This was bought as a gift for me. Part way through a round it just freezes and then shows yardage as 999 yards. This happens on different courses and I used it 7 different rounds and 3 different courses It changes holes when still on a hole and when I try to go back it won’t. Tried updating to no avail. Magnet is good though otherwise junk
I live less than 500 yards from a golf course that’s been there since 1958 and the Swami does not pick it up it worked fine at a course I had a tournament but I golf at Thomas Memorial Country Club three times a week so how do I get this course on the Swami K Morin
I purchase the Kiss 2 GPS back in April and still have not been able to get it to recognize my local course, I have tried to update several times and no luck. I tried phoning customer service and no one ever answers. Sent off an email and Eric informed me that they would have to load my course to their system. I am still waiting. I live in Canada and our golf season is only 4 months. This has been a total waste of my money. I will be looking to returning it and get a refund so I can get one that works.
Very Disappointed
I really like the yardage accuracy, however it is very difficult to see what hole it is reading, as the letters are to dim and can only be read in the daylight. It would be better if it would automatically adjust to the next hole as we left the last green as other GPS systems do.
Everything was great except the fact this shipped via USPS as opposed to FedEx or UPS. I surely don't blame IZZO for the post office issues, but this took awhile to arrive due to the fact the post office had it in my city, then sent it out of the city for some unknown reason, so it had to start all over again. I had the tracking info and when I went to my local post office to show it to them, they simply said it was a mistake, someone must have put the package in the wrong bin and thus shipped it out of the city when it could have been delivered to me the next day. Again, I don't blame IZZO, the order was shipped very timely, but the USPS is a nightmare - and that was all part of the experience.
Complete waste of $99.00. Do not buy this product. Started having problems after 2 weeks with staying on the hole we were playing. It would shut down in middle of the round and you would have to start it back up. It would sometimes give 999 yards on all the holes. Now it won't stay on at all. This is junk. Only lasted for 1 Month.
jury is still out. I have needed to "update" before I can even use it in play. So ask me again in a week or so and then I'll hopefully give you a less-frustrated report.
Never could get it to keep score show hazard distances. Spent more time restarting the unit after hitting the ok button. Returning the unit for a replacement hpoe this one works better.
I am on the phone AGAIN!!! I purchased a swami kiss on May 21 , 2034 The FIRST one lasted about 2 rounds then would not recharge . The second one also would not recharge on computer or on plug in. The third took 72 hours to charge to 3/4 charge and died on 16th hole. Now they are sending me a 4th KISS . Tired of this they should send me an upgrade rangefinder free of charge or refund. Hopefully this 4th one will charge
I love my little KISS range finder. It has a great magnet and clings securely to my cart. It is easy to see even in bright sun light. It tells me distance to the green as well as a separate screen for distance to hazards. Plus it will keep score and putts you want it
to. Definitely worth the price. Great little device.
After using the 5000 model for 8 years, I purchased the KISS as a replacement. The performance met my expectations. Also I love the smaller size, better designed charging port and the built in magnet for attaching to my cart.
