This GPS is a must have, switched over from a Rangefinder does so much more. Don't get me wrong Rangefinders a simple point & shoot, but what i like most about this unit is the information on hazards & when you can't shoot the flag on blind shots. I think I'll always have a Rangefinder as back up but this Izzo checks all the boxes.
Battery doesn't last long enough.
Battery doesn't seem to last as long as the 6000. Manual advance to next hole if it doesn't automatically advance is very difficult.
Yardage is fairly accurate but doesn't recognize hazards. I could stand in the middle of a water hazard and it still wouldn't recognize it. Doesn't show yardage on dog legs. Overall very generic, you get what you pay for.
Have used it 3 times so far and the battery wears down fairly quick. Won’t get much more than 2 rounds before a recharge.
Unit is pretty good my only issue 2 issues are 1) battery life is below average 2 rounds Max. 2) You have to turn in on playing the first hole if not the unit can't figure out what hole you're on.
Easy to use and accurate, I would recommend this range finder to any golfer
I haven't been able to use it yet because of the weather but learning all the things I can do with it.
Certain aspects of the display have small print. The 6000i display of info is actually better. When it is looking for a satellite connection and finding the golf course, it takes quite a long time.
My 2nd IZZO, the 1st one got wet in a pond.
I would imagine it will work great, but I will not be able to use it until all this snow gets outta here. So until spring I will have to wait
